Spatial & Brand Experience Designer

I shape brand ideas into spaces people can enter, move through and remember.

Concept, flow, material, light and visual communication — developed as one coherent experience.

03 — From idea to space

From the first idea to the final atmosphere, I shape concept, flow, material, light and presentation as one system.

04 — Studio system

A studio that runs on its own AI agents.

Behind the work is Hermes, an agent operating system I built for the studio. It runs on Claude and local models, and takes on the repeatable parts of production so the design time goes where it matters.

  1. 01

    Research and brief

Agents collect references, brand material and venue information, then turn them into a structured brief with sources.

  2. 02

    Visual exploration

Early mood and concept variations are generated and compared quickly, before any 3D modelling starts.

  3. 03

    Production tracking

Render queues, revisions and deliveries are tracked by the system, with every decision and file kept as evidence.

  4. 04

    Code and tools

The same agents write the studio’s own tools: this website, presentation pages and production automations.

Agents speed up the work. Concept, space and light are still decided by a designer.

05 — Lab

Films we make with Claude.

Alongside client work, the studio produces its own animation and documentary pieces. Characters, scenes, motion and render pipelines are written as code together with Claude; illustration, sound and taste stay with us. Excerpts below are silent previews.

Kids animation · 3 min episode

Oki — The Octopus

A cartoon episode where Oki explains the octopus in seven surprising facts. The character, ten scenes and the whole render and audio pipeline are code, built with Claude and taught back to our agents as reusable skills.

Vertical shorts · agent pipeline

Office Diary

Short videos about what our AI office did last night. Claude Opus designs the motion templates; agents fill, check and render each episode.
